We had a fixer upper that we just were not going to finish. It was an older home and not close to being finished. However, it was a lake lot. Pam gave us some great advice. We clean the place up & finish the dock. We got exactly what we were asking for in a cash as is deal in just 60 days!!! Pam knows what she’s doing, knows the area and the local market extremely well.
