Best realtor hands down. I told Pam how much I wanted to sell my house for and she ended up selling it for $27,000 more. She knows to the exact dollar what your house can or can't sell for. She listed our home and 3 hours later had a buyer. She always answered my many calls. She's very professional yet down to earth and for sure knows her stuff. She is not lazy and loves what she does. I'm extremely picky and hard to please but I admit she impressed me. I would absolutely use her again!

Having the right agent is what I had always heard did not understand the phrase until we had to sell our house, the first realtor wanted us to put more money into the house and wanted to list the house for less than we wanted to. Nothing felt right. I called Pam Saturday she came to the house that afternoon, the following Friday she had the house on the market the next day the house was sold, and for more than we had asked for.
