Her professionalism, knowledge, and service far exceeded my expectations.

It took me a while to make up my mind on whether if I wanted to go through the process of selling my home and purchasing a new one. I thought it would be a long and stressful thing to go through. But it was the total opposite thanks to to Pam. Her professionalism, knowledge, and service far exceeded my expectations. She listened to all our wants and she helped us find what our needs were. Anytime we had questions or we didn’t understand something she went the extra mile to get us answers and helped us understand. Buying a home, selling a home, or in my case doing both. You only do it a few times in a lifetime. I know when ever I have to do it again there isn’t a better person then Pam to help guide my family and I through this process. When you have an agent who is confident, practical and efficient it alleviates the stress that often accompanies the selling, or buying of a home. Pam brings a lot to the table. First of all, she listens. She will do an assessment of your needs. When we listed our home for sale, Pam was immediately on the job. She worked hard to make sure that our home was featured with lovely pictures, descriptions, and a fair price. In fact, imagine how delighted we were that our home sold in 2 days, the buyer paid cash over and above the asking price. Pam Harrison is quick to answer any question and does not leave you waiting or wondering what to do. She is also so skilled in her profession that she guided us boldly to expect a great offer. Left to our own devises, we would have succumbed to the first offer. When you work with Pam, you feel like you are working with a friend. Her engaging personality and great sense of humor makes even the most stressful situations sail on by. Pam was also wonderful in helping us use the closing attorney of our choice. One last side note, that makes Pam stand head and shoulders above anyone else we have ever used. Pam unfailingly sends cards for every occasion to all of her clients. Year after year we get wonderful cards...and in fact, every year her's is the first Christmas Card we get and it always goes right at the top of our door, where we hang all the cards.
